Who am I?

My name is Lies van Vliet

Ten years ago I started teaching adult foreigners, something I really enjoy to do.

After completing teacher training Nt2 at the VU in Amsterdam, I have gained a lot of experience, working with people who have to do integration (naturalization) exam.

I also give lessons to people who do Staatsexamen Nt2.

In personal contacts with foreigners, I notice that language is a dispensable tool for your life and wellbeing. To participate in society you need to have a solid foundation (base) of the Dutch language.

I like to coach people, to get this base. I help them to expand their boundaries and gain selfconfidence. I do this by providing a safe and active learning environment.
